SHIPPING POLICY

At Club de Rêve, every order is prepared and packed with care.

UK SHIPPING

UK orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days.

Once dispatched, estimated delivery is 1–3 working days, depending on the shipping service selected at checkout.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information where applicable.

Please allow some time for tracking information to update after receiving your dispatch confirmation.

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside of our control, including courier delays, adverse weather, public holidays and periods of high demand.

During collection launches and other particularly busy periods, order processing may take slightly longer than usual.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is correct.

If you notice an error in your delivery details, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has been processed or dispatched.

Club de Rêve cannot accept responsibility for orders delivered incorrectly as a result of inaccurate or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

LOST OR DELAYED ORDERS

If your tracking information has not updated or your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will assist you in investigating the shipment with the courier.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping availability and rates will be displayed at checkout where available.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or additional charges that may apply upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are determined by local authorities and are not included in the price of your order unless otherwise stated at checkout.

International delivery times may vary depending on the destination and customs processing.

PRE-ORDERS

Where an item is sold on a pre-order basis, the estimated dispatch timeframe will be clearly stated on the relevant product page.

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the full order may be dispatched together once the pre-order item becomes available unless otherwise stated.
